I have been given permission by Tito Palumbo, publisher of B.A. TANGO – Buenos Aires Tango to host his magazine here. Click on the link above to download the latest publication in PDF.
B.A. TANGO was the first free Tango magazine to be distributed in Buenos Aires and has been in publication for 10+ years.
The format is in Spanish and English and covers a wide variety of events taking place in Buenos Aires, with information on music, Milongas and teachers.
There is an amusing column called: Mentime Que Me Gusta (frases lindas que dicen los hombres en la milonga), which means Lie to Me, I Like It, (pretty phrases that men in a Milonga say). This is where women report on some of the interesting things men say to the women to make them feel good. I think a lot could be learned from some of these smoothies.
I hope you enjoy this magazine.

Tito has been publishing the magazine for almost 14 years. The June 2009 issue will be #200. I’ve been reading his magazine since March 1996 and received my subscription in Chicago. His was the first free tango magazine in Buenos Aires, and it continues to be the best source of information along with the Guia Trimestral (quarterly guide) of everything to do with tango. We are fortunate to have an excellent publication for tango in Buenos Aires. The availability of a digital format has made it possible for dancers around the world to read it regularly and in English.

Thank you for giving me access to this magazine, any opportunity to remind myself of BsAs is always welcomed. Note the photo on page4 issue 199, Janis Kenyon meets Los Galeses.
Sad I know, trawling through the internet looking for photos of myself.
